Turkey and Swiss Panini
Servings and Ingredients
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee light mayonnaise|
|½ tsp.||salt-free garlic and herb seasoning|
|1||(16 oz) loaf Take & Bake ciabatta bread, prepared according to package directions|
|8 oz.||smoked deli turkey|
|4 slice(s)||Hy-Vee Swiss cheese|
- Stir mayonnaise and seasoning together. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to prepare panini.
- Cut bread into 8 slices. Spread each slice of bread with 1/2 tablespoon seasoned mayonnaise. Layer turkey and cheese on each of four slices of bread. Top each sandwich with another slice of bread.
- Grill in preheated countertop grill or panini press for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
