    3 c. uncooked Hy-Vee wide egg noodles
    2 (6 oz each) cans Chicken of the Sea solid white albacore tuna in spring water, drained
    ½ c. diced red bell pepper
    ½ c. diced zucchini
    1 shallot, minced
    ½ c. chopped fresh basil
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee finely shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. Set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, combine tuna, red bell pepper, zucchini, shallot and basil.
    3. Stir in egg noodles and Parmesan cheese. Toss well.
