    1 (3.4 oz) pkg banana cream pudding mix
    2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 c. Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed
    ¼ tsp. rum extract
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee flake coconut

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Mix well.
    2. Gently stir in whipped topping, rum extract and coconut.
    3. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving with apple slices, strawberries or oranges.
