    1 ½ lbs.lean boneless pork chops, cut into 24 (1-1/2-inch) pieces
    2red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 24 (1-1/2-inch) pieces
    24Hy-Vee pineapple chunks (from a 20-ounce can)
    3 tbsp.packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee white vinegar
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee yellow mustard

    Directions

    1. Thread pork, peppers and pineapple chunks alternately on each of 8 skewers.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, vinegar, olive oil and mustard. Brush evenly over kabobs.
    3. Broil under HIGH heat for 5 minutes. Turn and broil another 5 minutes or until pork reaches 145 degrees.
