    ½ c. That's Smart! original barbeque sauce
    1 (3-oz.) bag That's Smart! fried pork skins
    1 c. That's Smart! shredded imitation Cheddar cheese
    6 slice(s) Hy-Vee sweet smoked bacon, crisp-cooked
    ¼ c. That's Smart! ranch salad dressing
    ¼ green onions, sliced

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Combine pulled pork and barbeque sauce in a small bowl; set aside.

    2. Place fried pork skins on prepared baking sheet. Top with pulled pork mixture, shredded cheese, and crisp-cooked bacon.

    3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Drizzle with ranch salad dressing and sprinkle with green onions.
