    1 packet(s)(19 to 21 oz) brownie mix
    1 packet(s)(3.4 oz) Jell-O Vanilla or White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
    1 c.cold milk
    1 c.creamy peanut butter
    ½ c.powdered sugar
    1 ½ c.Cool Whip Whipped Topping (do not thaw)
    3 oz.Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
    ½ c.Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped

    Directions

    1. Prepare and bake brownies in a 13x9-inch pan as directed on package; cool. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk with a whisk for 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until brownies are completely cooled.
    2. Spread pudding mixture over brownies.
    3. Microwave Cool Whip and semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 1 minute, mixing every 30 seconds, or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over pudding mixture; sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour.
    4. Store brownies in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
