Trick-or-Treat Veggie Dip

1 (8 oz) tub light chive and onion cream cheese | ||
½ tsp. lemon juice | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
½ c. shredded carrots | ||
1 c. peeled, seeded and chopped cucumber | ||
fresh vegetables for dipping, optional |
Directions
- Beat cream cheese, lemon juice and garlic in a medium bowl with electric mixer until well-blended. Add carrots and cucumber and mix until blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
- Serve with fresh vegetables if desired.
