    1(8 oz) tub light chive and onion cream cheese
    ½ tsp.lemon juice
    1 clove(s)garlic, minced
    ½ c.shredded carrots
    1 c.peeled, seeded and chopped cucumber
    fresh vegetables for dipping, optional

    Directions

    1. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice and garlic in a medium bowl with electric mixer until well-blended. Add carrots and cucumber and mix until blended.
    2. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
    3. Serve with fresh vegetables if desired.
