    1 (1.25-oz.) pkg Hy-Vee 30%-less sodium taco seasoning, plus water as needed
    5 c. chopped romaine lettuce
    ½ c. cilantro, chopped
    ½ c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    ½ c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light French dressing
    1 c. Hy-Vee tri-color tortilla strips

    Directions

    1. Brown beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain. Stir taco seasoning and water as needed to prepare according to package directions.

    2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, cheese and dressing.

    3. Divide evenly onto plates and top each with beef and tri-color tortilla strips.
