    1. Cook tortellini according to package directions.

    2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add minced garlic to marinara sauce; warm over medium heat.

    3. To serve, top tortellini with marinara sauce. Add grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped basil, if desired.
