    2 lbs. 80%-lean ground beef
    5 kaiser buns
    Hy-Vee ketchup, to taste
    1 medium red onion, sliced
    1 medium tomato, sliced
    5 slice(s) Hy-Vee American cheese singles
    10 slice(s) Hy-Vee thick smoked bacon, cooked
    5 slice(s) white American cheese singles
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    Hy-Vee mayonnaise, to taste

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat.
    2. Form ground beef into 10 patties. Grill patties about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    3. To assemble burgers, top bottom buns with ketchup, red onion, tomato, 1 grilled burger, American cheese single, 1 slice bacon, second grilled burger, white American cheese single, remaining bacon slice, lettuce, mayonnaise and top bun.
