    8 Nabisco Nutter Butter sandwich cookies with peanut butter
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee semisweet chocolate chips
    Over the Top wispy white write-on gel
    2 (3.9-oz. each) pkgs. Hy-Vee chocolate instant pudding & pie mix
    4 c. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk
    4 tbsp. white jimmies, plus additional for garnish
    4 tbsp. Over the Top glam green jimmies, plus additional for garnish
    1 (8-oz.) container Hy-Vee frozen original whipped topping, thawed
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee green food coloring

    • Medium bowl
    • Large disposable decorating bag
    • Star piping tip

    Directions

    1. Place sandwich cookies in a large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Crush cookies into fine crumbs using a rolling pin; set aside. 

    2. Arrange Nutter Butter sandwich cookies on a tray. Microwave chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH at 20-second intervals until melted, stirring each time. Spread melted chocolate on one side of cookies. Use white write-on gel to pipe lines on cookies to resemble laces on a football; chill until set. 

    3. Prepare instant pudding and pie mix according to package directions using milk. Divide pudding among 8 (9-oz. each) Simply Done clear plastic cup; let stand 5 minutes. 

    4. Divide 2/3 cookie crumbs and 8 tablespoons white and green jimmies over pudding layer. Place whipped topping in a medium bowl. Fold in green food coloring just until tinted. Spoon whipped topping into large disposable decorating bag fitted with star tip; pipe on cookie crumb layer. 

    5. Top with remaining cookie crumbs; garnish with additional white and green jimmies, if desired, and decorated football cookies.
