1 (20 oz) can Hy-Vee pineapple chunks, drained
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 c. frozen unsweetened pitted dark sweet cherries, thawed and patted dry
½ c. Almond Accents butter toffee-glazed almond slices
1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned and halved
2 c. cubed cantaloupe
⅔ c. light sour cream
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 lime, juiced

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine pineapple, bananas, cherries, almonds, orange and cantaloupe.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, honey, orange juice concentrate and lime juice.
  3. Just prior to serving, toss fruit with sour cream mixture.
