2 (7-1/2-inch each) Hy-Vee whole-wheat flour tortillas
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
1 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
½ c. fresh strawberries, chopped
½ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts pineapple, chopped
½ c. fresh raspberries, halved
1 Hy-Vee Short Cuts peeled mandarin orange, chopped
2 tsp. Hy-Vee honey

  • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
  • Small bowl

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray; add tortilla triangles, spray again with nonstick spray. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle onto tortillas. Bake 15 minutes; remove from oven and cool. 

  2. Meanwhile, combine strawberries, mandarin orange, pineapple, and raspberries in a small bowl. Drizzle with honey and gently toss to combine. Serve cooled tortilla chips with fruit salsa.
