⅓ c. Culinary Tours creamy Italian white balsamic dressing

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cold water.

  2. While tortellini is cooking, toss together chopped California medley vegetables and fresh arugula. Toss with cold tortellini and dressing. Serve immediately.
