Directions
Heat oil in an extra-large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until softened. Add ground beef. Cook until beef is browned. Drain, if necessary.
Stir in broth, chili-style beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, 2 teaspoons cilantro, and garlic powder. Add tortellini. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve topped with mozzarella cheese. Garnish with additional cilantro, if desired.
