2 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
4 slice(s) French baguette
4 tsp. prepared pesto
4 tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Heat soup and milk in a medium saucepan.
  2. Meanwhile, spread each slice of baguette with 1 teaspoon pesto. Top each with 1 tablespoon shredded cheese.
  3. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Serve each bowl of soup topped with a slice of baguette.
