Tomato Soup with Pesto Grilled Cheese Croutons
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (10.75 oz) can Campbell's condensed tomato soup|
|2 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk|
|4 slice(s) French baguette|
|4 tsp. prepared pesto|
|4 tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese|
- Heat soup and milk in a medium saucepan.
- Meanwhile, spread each slice of baguette with 1 teaspoon pesto. Top each with 1 tablespoon shredded cheese.
- Bake in a 400-degree oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve each bowl of soup topped with a slice of baguette.
