1 (20-oz.) loaf Hy-Vee Bakery heat-and-eat garlic bread
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
½ c. Hy-Vee finely shredded Parmesan cheese
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
Fresh thyme, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler on HIGH. Spread pesto on cut sides of garlic bread. Place bread halves, pesto sides up, on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Arrange tomato slices on cheese. Broil 4-inches from heat for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh thyme, if desired. Cool slightly before serving.
