    8 tsp. Gustare Vita basil pesto, divided
    1 package(s) mini pepperoni slices
    4 tsp. fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded; divided
    Fresh basil, for garnish; if desired

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler on HIGH. Cut tomatoes into 8 slices; place in single layer on prepared baking pan. Divide mozzarella pearls evenly among the tomato slices. Top each with 1 teaspoon basil pesto, 6 mini pepperoni slices, and 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan. 

    2. Broil 4-inches from heat 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
