    Directions

    1. In a large bowl combine dry pesto mix and vinaigrette, stirring to combine; add ground turkey and mix well. Let stand 5 minutes. Form into 4 patties.

    2. Pan-fry or grill for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, turning once.
    3. Make a sandwich of each patty with bun, mozzarella, tomato, and lettuce.
