2 slice(s) mozzarella Galaxy Veggie Slices, halved
2 large fresh basil leaves
4 slice(s) Roma tomato

Directions

  1. Heat a large greased skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. On each slice of bread place one-half slice of cheese. Top 2 of the cheese halves with 1 basil leaf and 2 slices tomato. Top sandwich with remaining cheese/bread combination, with bread on the outside.
  3. Heat in skillet until cheese begins to melt, flipping half-way through.
