    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    2 large Hy-Vee eggs
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee bread

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, beat together milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.
    2. Dip each side of bread in egg mixture until well moistened.
    3. In a large greased skillet, cook bread over medium-high heat about 2 minutes per side or until golden.
    4. Cool on waxed paper.
    5. Keep in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
    6. Toast each slice in the toaster before serving.
