    1 c. Wide Awake Coffee Co. mocha cold brew
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sweetened coconut flakes, toasted; plus additional for garnish
    ⅓ c. canned light coconut milk
    ¼ c. That's Smart! chocolate syrup, plus additional for serving
    ⅛ tsp. xanthan gum, optional
    Frozen coconut whipped topping, thawed
    Chocolate curls, for serving

    Directions

    1. Combine ice, cold brew, 1/2 cup coconut flakes, coconut milk, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, and xanthan gum in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

    2. Drizzle additional chocolate sauce into 4 (8-oz.) glasses. Divide coffee mixture among glasses. Top with whipped topping, additional coconut flakes, and chocolate curls, if desired.
