|1 c. uncooked rice|
|1 c. mushrooms|
|1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup|
|1 can(s) cream of chicken soup|
|1 can(s) evaporated milk|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
|4 to 5 chicken breasts, rolled in butter|
- Mix rice, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt and pepper together in a greased 10-by-13-inch pan.
- Place chicken breasts on top.
- Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
- Uncover. Bake for an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
