    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
    1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
    1 can(s) evaporated milk
    salt and pepper, to taste
    4 to 5 chicken breasts, rolled in butter


    1. Mix rice, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt and pepper together in a greased 10-by-13-inch pan.
    2. Place chicken breasts on top.
    3. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
    4. Uncover. Bake for an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
