Tin Roof Pie
Instead of using ice cream cones, scoop the ice cream into a pre-cooked pie shell and top with your favorite ice cream toppings.
Servings and Ingredients
|¾ c. caramel ice cream topping, divided|
|¾ c. Planters Cocktail Peanuts, chopped, divided|
|4 c. vanilla ice cream, softened|
|1 (6 oz) ready-to-use chocolate flavor crumb crust|
- Add 1/2 cup of caramel topping and nuts to ice cream in bowl; swirl with spoon until marbleized. Spoon into crust.
- Freeze 4 hours, or until firm.
- Top pie with remaining caramel and nuts just before serving.
