4 (6 oz each) tilapia fillets | ||
1 c. chopped fresh pineapple | ||
½ c. chopped, peeled fresh mango | ||
jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced | ||
1 tbsp. diced red onion | ||
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro | ||
2 tbsp. lime juice |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle seafood seasoning evenly over fillets.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, combine pineapple, mango, pepper, onion, cilantro and lime juice in a medium bowl to make salsa.
- Serve fish with fruit salsa.
