    1 tbsp.olive oil
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee flour
    1(4 oz) thawed Fish Market tilapia fillet
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee butter
    2 tsp.Hy-Vee lemon juice
    1 tsp.snipped fresh chives
    1 tsp.chopped fresh parsley

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    2. Lightly season tilapia with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
    3. Cook tilapia 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tilapia is light golden and flakes easily. Remove from pan.
    4. Add butter and lemon juice to pan. Whisk until butter is melted. Pour over fish and sprinkle with herbs to serve.
