    1 (10.5 oz) pkg silken tofu
    ¼ c. water
    2 tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. sugar
    6 tbsp. chili sauce
    2 tbsp. chopped pickles
    ¼ c. chopped green pepper
    2 tbsp. chopped green onions

    Directions

    1. Put silken tofu, water, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and chili sauce in blender. Whirl until smooth. Pour dressing into a small bowl.
    2. Stir in pickles, green pepper and green onions. Store in the refrigerator.
