Directions
In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and butter until light and fluffy. Add half of the flour mixture, beat in milk and eggs, and then remaining flour mixture; do not over mix.
Add 1/3 cup peanut butter batter to preheated waffle maker. Cover and cook waffle according to manufacturer’s directions. Repeat process with remaining batter.
To serve, drizzle waffles with strawberry preserves and top with banana slices, if desired.
