Once sauce begins to simmer, stir in dry spaghetti. Cover and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta reaches aldente and meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Remove lid from stockpot and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, if desired.
