    1 ½ c. That's Smart! whole milk
    ¼ c. That's Smart! sweet cream salted butter, melted
    2 That's Smart! large eggs
    2 tsp. That's Smart! vanilla extract
    1 (20-oz.) can That's Smart! apple pie filling

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line two (3-1/2-inch) jumbo muffin tins with jumbo foil baking cups; set aside.

    2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown and granulated sugars, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Create a well in the flour mixture and add milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined (do not over mix).

    3. Scoop about 1/4 cup batter into prepared muffin tins. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon apple pie filling (about 2 to 3 apple slices) in the center of each muffin. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    4. Cool muffins on a wire cooling rack. Serve warm, or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
