2 ½ c. That’s Smart! 100% whole grain quick cooking oats
½ c. Hy-Vee sliced almonds
¼ c. That’s Smart! brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. That’s Smart! ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
¾ c. Hy-Vee dried fruit, any flavor

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk egg white until foamy. Whisk in syrup, butter, and vanilla. Stir in oatmeal, almonds, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  3. Spread oat mixture evenly on prepared baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally or until lightly toasted. Remove from oven, stir in dried fruit. Cool completely on a wire cooling rack. Break up large pieces and store in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
