    1 large yellow onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    2 c. That's Smart! frozen chopped broccoli or broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
    1 (10.5-oz.) can That's Smart! condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. That's Smart! 2% reduced-fat milk
    2 c. hot cooked That's Smart! instant white rice
    2 c. shredded Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken
    2 c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-qt. baking dish with nonstick spray; set aside. 

    2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and celery. Cook for 5 minuets or until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in broccoli; cook for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.

    3. Stir in condensed soup and milk. Add rice, chicken and cheese; stir until combined. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.

    4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
