Thai Turkey Wrap
Servings and Ingredients
|2 c. diced Di Lusso smoked turkey breast|
|3 c. shredded cabbage|
|1 c. shredded carrots|
|1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced|
|1 small red onion, thinly sliced|
|1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits plus 2 tbsp reserved juice|
|½ c. House of Tsang® Bangkok Padang® peanut sauce|
|6 (10-inch) flour tortillas|
- In large bowl, combine turkey, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, onion, pineapple, pineapple juice, and peanut sauce.
- Divide mixture evenly among each tortilla.
- Roll up and serve.
