    2 c. diced Di Lusso smoked turkey breast
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits plus 2 tbsp reserved juice
    ½ c. House of Tsang® Bangkok Padang® peanut sauce
    6 (10-inch) flour tortillas

    Directions

    1. In large bowl, combine turkey, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, onion, pineapple, pineapple juice, and peanut sauce.
    2. Divide mixture evenly among each tortilla.
    3. Roll up and serve.
