2 teriyaki marinated salmon fillets
2 tsp. white sesame seeds
1 (1-lbs.) pkg. Hy-Vee Short Cuts spiralized zucchini noodles
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee less-sodium soy sauce

  • Charcoal or gas grill
  • Meat thermometer
  • Large skillet

Directions

  1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill, with greased grill grates, to medium-high heat. Once preheated, add salmon to grill. Grill salmon until it easily flakes with a fork (145 degrees), about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from grill, sprinkle with sesame seeds and keep warm.

  2. Add zucchini noodles to skillet with water and soy sauce. Saute over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.

  3. Add zucchini noodles to a plate and top with salmon. Serve immediately.
