Preheat a charcoal or gas grill, with greased grill grates, to medium-high heat. Once preheated, add salmon to grill. Grill salmon until it easily flakes with a fork (145 degrees), about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from grill, sprinkle with sesame seeds and keep warm.

Add zucchini noodles to skillet with water and soy sauce. Saute over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add zucchini noodles to a plate and top with salmon. Serve immediately.
