    ½ c. teriyaki sauce
    2 large carrots, peeled and thickly sliced
    1 red pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, undrained
    Prepared rice, for serving

    Directions

    1. Combine chicken, teriyaki sauce, carrots, red pepper, onion and pineapple in 5-quart slow cooker.
    2. Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Serve with rice, if desired.
