      Hyvee Culinary Expert Tip
For centuries, turmeric was used as a garment dye. When using turmeric, make sure to work with caution as it can stain clothing, counter tops, and dishcloths.

    2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees). Remove chicken from skillet and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

    3. Meanwhile, microwave rice according to package directions and mix in garlic, lemon zest, parsley, and sliced almonds; season, to taste, with salt.

    4. To serve, slice chicken across the grain and divide rice between two serving plates; top each plate with sliced chicken. Garnish with additional fresh parsley, if desired.
