    ½ c.pomegranate juice
    3 oz.fresh raspberries
    ½ c.Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ½ c.raspberry-flavored red wine vinegar
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee sugar

    Directions

    1. Combine pomegranate juice and raspberries in a small blender; process until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer, discarding seeds.
    2. Combine blended raspberry mixture, olive oil, vinegar and sugar in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.
