|1 ½ lbs. ground beef or turkey|
|1 envelope(s) low-sodium taco seasoning|
|1 can(s) black beans, drained and rinsed|
|shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded 2% milk cheddar cheese, salsa, sliced black olives, chopped onion|
|light sour cream, optional|
- Brown ground beef or turkey. Add taco seasoning. Follow directions on seasoning packet. Add black beans.
- Spread chips on plate or in bowl. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, black olives, onion and, if desired, sour cream.
