|1 ½ lbs. ground beef|
|⅓ c. chopped onion|
|½ c. water|
|1 envelope(s) taco seasoning|
|1 (8 oz) tube) refrigerated crescent rolls|
|2 c. crushed taco-flavored Doritos, divided|
|1 c. sour cream|
|4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese|
- Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Arrange crescent rolls on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan, pinching edges to seal perforations and to form a crust.
- Sprinkle 1 cup crushed chips in crust. Add taco filling. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining 1 cup chips.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
