    1 ½ lbs. ground beef
    ⅓ c. chopped onion
    ½ c. water
    1 envelope(s) taco seasoning
    1 (8 oz) tube) refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 c. crushed taco-flavored Doritos, divided
    1 c. sour cream
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese


    1. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    2. Arrange crescent rolls on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan, pinching edges to seal perforations and to form a crust.
    3. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed chips in crust. Add taco filling. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining 1 cup chips.
    4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
