    1 (8 ounce) tube Hy-Vee crescent rolls
    3 c. crushed Hy-Vee nacho cheese tortilla chips, divided
    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    ½ c. water
    1 (1.25 ounce) packet Hy-Vee taco seasoning
    1 (8 ounce) container Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
    Hy-Vee shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped onions, sliced black olives and Hy-Vee sour cream, for serving

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Press crescent rolls into bottom of a lightly greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Press 1-1/2 cups crushed chips into crescent rolls; set aside.
    2. Brown ground beef; drain. Add water and taco seasoning, return to heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Spread beef mixture over crescent roll mixture. Top with cheese and remaining chips.
    3. Bake for 25 minutes.
    4. If desired, serve with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, sliced black olives and sour cream.
