1 (8 ounce) tube Hy-Vee crescent rolls | ||
3 c. crushed Hy-Vee nacho cheese tortilla chips, divided | ||
1 lbs. lean ground beef | ||
½ c. water | ||
1 (1.25 ounce) packet Hy-Vee taco seasoning | ||
1 (8 ounce) container Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||
Hy-Vee shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped onions, sliced black olives and Hy-Vee sour cream, for serving |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Press crescent rolls into bottom of a lightly greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Press 1-1/2 cups crushed chips into crescent rolls; set aside.
- Brown ground beef; drain. Add water and taco seasoning, return to heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Spread beef mixture over crescent roll mixture. Top with cheese and remaining chips.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- If desired, serve with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, sliced black olives and sour cream.
