Swiss Vegetable Medley
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (16 oz) package frozen vegetables (broccoli/carrots/cauliflower), thawed and drained|
|1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup|
|1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided|
|⅓ c. sour cream|
|¼ tsp. pepper|
|1 (4.5 oz) jar pimientos, drained|
|1 (2.8 oz) can French fried onions, divided|
- Combine vegetables with soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimientos and half the can of French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and top with remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and half the can of French fried onions.
- Bake, uncovered, for an additional 5 minutes.
