    1 (16 oz) package frozen vegetables (broccoli/carrots/cauliflower), thawed and drained
    1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    ⅓ c. sour cream
    ¼ tsp. pepper
    1 (4.5 oz) jar pimientos, drained
    1 (2.8 oz) can French fried onions, divided


    1. Combine vegetables with soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimientos and half the can of French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    2. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    3. Uncover and top with remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and half the can of French fried onions.
    4. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 5 minutes.
