    1 round steak
    flour
    oil
    1 can(s) tomato soup
    1 can(s) water (measured using emptied soup can)
    2 tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tbsp. vinegar
    1 tbsp. flour
    salt, to taste
    1 large onion, chopped

    Directions

    1. Dredge steak in flour. Brown in oil in a large skillet. Remove from skillet, drain and place in a baking dish.
    2. Mix tomato soup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, flour and salt together. Pour over meat. Top with chopped onion.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees until meat is tender.
