1 large onion, chopped |
Directions
- Dredge steak in flour. Brown in oil in a large skillet. Remove from skillet, drain and place in a baking dish.
- Mix tomato soup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, flour and salt together. Pour over meat. Top with chopped onion.
- Bake at 350 degrees until meat is tender.
