    2 lbs. ground beef
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 large eggs, beaten
    ½ c. chopped onion
    ½ c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 ½ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. celery salt
    ½ tsp. paprika
    2 ½ c. milk
    1 c. dry unseasoned croutons


    1. Mix ground beef, Swiss cheese, eggs, onion, green bell pepper, salt, black pepper, celery salt, paprika, milk and croutons together. Press into a 9-by-13-inch pan.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, draining meatloaf of grease halfway through cooking time.
