    QuantityIngredientAdd
1 (16 oz) wheel Brie cheese
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee raspberry preserves
    ¼ c. chopped Hy-Vee dried cherries
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans
1 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
    Crackers or French bread slices

    Things To Grab

      Directions

      1. Refrigerate Brie until chilled and firm (or freeze 30 minutes).
      2. Meanwhile, place preserves in small microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until melted. Add cherries, pecans and orange peel; mix well.
      3. Place chilled Brie on serving platter. Using a small to medium heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut heart in center of Brie wheel and remove to serving platter. Fill heart-shaped hole with preserve mixture. Microwave on HIGH 40 to 50 seconds or until cheese is soft.
      4. Serve with crackers or bread slices. Garnish, if desired, with extra dried cherries and chopped pecans.
