Sweetheart Apple Tarts
Servings and Ingredients
|24 wonton squares|
|1 c. Skippy creamy peanut butter|
|½ c. Musselmans cinnamon applesauce|
|3 Cameo apples, peeled, cored, and diced|
- Spray muffin cups with butter-flavored non-stick cooking spray. Line each cup with 1 wonton square. Lightly spray wonton squares with additional spray and place the second wonton on top of the first at an angle so that all of the points show.
- Stir peanut butter and applesauce together. Fold in apples.
- Divide apple mixture evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or wonton skins are golden brown and apples are tender. Top each tart with a drizzle of caramel ice cream topping, if desired.
