    4 c. dry campanelle pasta or bowtie pasta
    2 c. hulled and quartered lengthwise strawberries
    1 ½ c. halved red grapes
    1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
    1 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 (8 oz) container Anderson Erickson lowfat vanilla yogurt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ½ c. toasted Hy-Vee pecans

    Directions

    1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly.
    2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, yogurt and cinnamon. Pour over pasta and fruit mixture and stir gently. Top with toasted pecans.
