    1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 red onion, thinly sliced
    1 bulb fennel, thinly sliced
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sugar
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground mustard
    ½ tsp. celery salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee kosher salt

    1. In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, bell pepper, red onion and fennel; set aside.

    2. For vinaigrette, combine sugar, white wine vinegar, vegetable oil, mustard, celery salt and kosher salt.

    3. Pour vinaigrette over coleslaw mixture; toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. If desired, garnish with fennel fronds.
