|1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced|
|1 red onion, thinly sliced|
|1 bulb fennel, thinly sliced|

|½ c. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground mustard|
|½ tsp. celery salt|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee kosher salt|

For vinaigrette, combine sugar, white wine vinegar, vegetable oil, mustard, celery salt and kosher salt.
Pour vinaigrette over coleslaw mixture; toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. If desired, garnish with fennel fronds.
