1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
½ c. chopped strawberries
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
½ c. Hy-Vee fat-free cream cheese, divided
4 Hy-Vee English muffins, split and toasted

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together nectarine, kiwi, strawberries, cinnamon and honey.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each muffin half. Top with 1/4 cup fruit mixture.
  3. Serve warm.
