    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, softened
    ¼ c. crumbled Hy-Vee precooked bacon
    4 c. baby carrots
    2 tbsp. water

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Stir together honey, butter and crumbled bacon in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
    3. Place carrots and water into an ungreased 9-by-9-inch baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes.
    4. Remove foil and stir in butter mixture. Bake another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
